Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine dining and exquisite wines at our Peay Wine Dinner. The evening will include a delightful four-course dinner created by Smoked's award winning Executive Chef, Cody Ross with wine pairings and education from Peay Vineyards.
Menu & Wine Pairings:
Amuse Bouche- Smoked Tomato Tartine- Cep Vineyards, Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast (2020)
1st Course- Parisian Gnocchi with a Goat cheese cream sauce and sauteed shrimp- Peay Vineyards, Chardonnay Sonoma Coast (2020)
2nd Course- Beet Salad. Pickled and Roasted Beets with whipped goat cheese, radishes, Israeli couscous, and local microgreens- Peay Vineyards, Pinot Noir Savoy Vineyard Anderson Valley (2019)
3rd Course- Can-Can Pork Chop, Cherry Gastrique, roasted rainbow carrots, and sauteed rainbow chard-Peay Vineyards, Pinot Noir Pomarium Sonoma Coast (2019)
Dessert- Strawberry Shortcake. Peppered Buttermilk biscuit, red wine aged strawberries, Aged balsamic vinegar, whipped cream- Peay Vineyards, Syrah Estate La Bruma Sonoma Coast (2018)

Peay wines are made from grapes grown on a 53-acre hilltop vineyard located above a river in the far northwestern corner of the West Sonoma Coast, 4 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Andy Peay, Vanessa Wong, and husband Nick Peay have produced some of the most interesting and complex wines on the entire Sonoma Coast.
