Award-Winning Brewer Shaun Piggott Launches Exclusive Craft Beer Line at Smoked with Terra Nova Pale Ale & Revival West Coast IPA

Piggott is regarded as a world class brewer, bringing home a gold medal in the World Beer Cup, and Great American Beer Festival twice.

This small-batch, rotating series will serve as a creative playground for Piggott, allowing him to push boundaries and experiment with new recipes and styles—all brewed on-site and available only at Smoked. The launch lineup features two distinct releases:

• Terra Nova Pale Ale – Brewed exclusively with Crosby Estate Grown Comet hops, this pale ale is crisp and refreshing, with vibrant citrus, ripe melon, and a touch of dankness.

• Revival West Coast Pilsner – Where tradition meets innovation. This beer blurs the lines between styles, combining the crisp precision of a pilsner with the bold hop character from a classic nod to the west coast. Brewed with Sterling and Simcoe hops, it delivers a clean, refreshing bitterness with resinous pine, bright citrus, and a crisp, snappy finish. A modern take on a timeless style—crafted with technique, driven by creativity.
